Job description

As the Mid-level Admin & Support, you will provide essential support for our Microsoft Office 365 administration, including managing accounts, licenses, and optimising platform usage across the organisation. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn about our Planview PPM platform, with the aim of eventually providing client support. You’ll also be responsible for handling internal support desk requests, troubleshooting access issues, setting up emails, and refining our Office 365 configurations to improve user experience and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Admin Support

• Microsoft Office 365 administration: Oversee the administration of Office 365 accounts, licenses, and permissions, ensuring optimal configuration and functionality.

• Internal support desk: Respond to and resolve internal support desk issues related to Office 365 access, setup, and troubleshooting.

• User and email setup: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, email configuration, and access permissions.

• Optimisation of Office 365 usage: analyse and refine our use of Office 365 tools to improve efficiency and streamline internal processes.

• Planview PPM platform learning and support: Gain knowledge of our Planview PPM platform, with the goal of providing client support in the future.

• Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of administrative processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Generate regular reports on Office 365 usage and license allocation.

• General administrative support: Provide other administrative tasks as required to support the team and improve operational effectiveness

Requirements

Must-have Skills / Qualification:

• At last 2-3+ Years of experience in being an Admin & Support / relevant experience

• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, ideally with a focus on Office 365 or IT systems administration.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including account and license management, permissions, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with reporting tools, Excel or PowerBI to generate insights from data usage, support requests, or licensing, can help improve efficiency

• Understanding of IT Security and compliance: Basic knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft Office 365, including permissions and data protection, to ensure compliance with organisational standards.

• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in the Planview PPM platform.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

• High attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
