We are seeking an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, whether you prefer a remote setup or a hybrid arrangement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in executing commercial goals and translating brand messaging across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, target marketing efforts towards C-level executives and directors, and manage a small internal team along with external resources and service suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Marketing Execution:
o Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
o Drive brand awareness and lead generation through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
· Brand Management:
o Translate the All Your BI brand consistently across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
o Ensure brand messaging resonates with target audiences, particularly at the executive level.
· Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and executive leadership.
o Align marketing initiatives with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
· Executive-Level Marketing:
o Design and execute marketing programs targeting C-level executives and directors.
o Utilize thought leadership, content marketing, and events to engage senior decision-makers.
· Team Leadership:
o Manage and mentor a small internal marketing team, fostering professional growth and high performance.
o Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and promote a collaborative team environment.
· Resource & Vendor Management:
o Oversee a flexpool of marketing resources, including freelancers and contractors.
o Manage relationships with external service suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality deliverables.
· Performance Measurement & Reporting:
o Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
o Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on KPIs to senior management.
· Budget Management:
o Develop and manage the marketing budget.
o Ensure all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
