Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at LLI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and implementing solutions that enhance the effectiveness of HR processes, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and implementing solutions in HR processes that improve efficiency (automating processes, introducing HR tools and systems based on current needs and changes as the organization grows).

  • Supporting leadership and managerial staff in competency development, succession planning, conducting 360-degree annual assessments, recommending promotions, and resolving conflicts.

  • Leading onboarding and offboarding processes (including exit interviews).

  • Internal and external communication (social media – supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in promoting career opportunities at LLI).

  • Creating a sustainable organizational culture and actively participating in events within LLI and locally.

  • Representing LLI at industry events.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.

  • Experience in HR processes.

  • Experience with B2B contracts.

  • Basic knowledge of labor law.

  • Advanced English (C1 level).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with remote teams.

  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in leading training sessions or webinars focused on competency development.
