We are seeking a responsible VIP Manager to join our team. Your role will be to ensure high-quality service for our VIP clients, support their loyalty, and stimulate their activity on the platform. Working remotely, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your customer service skills and make a significant impact on our success.

What experience is important to us:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or as a VIP Manager, preferably in telephone sales.
Proficient command of Turkish and Russian languages, both spoken and written, for communication with clients.
Knowledge and application of various sales methodologies.
Ability to work effectively and make decisions in stressful situations.
Customer orientation, focusing on satisfying their needs and requests.
Professionalism in communication, ability to maintain a respectful and friendly tone in conversations with clients, including in challenging situations.
Knowledge of English is an additional advantage.
What you will do:
Daily interaction with VIP clients via phone, email, and messenger to build trusted relationships and promptly address their requests.
Application of sales methodologies and strong communication skills to enhance loyalty of each VIP client.
Providing professional support to clients in resolving all issues and informing them about the latest promotions and offers of our product.
Regular reporting to management and related departments on identified issues or errors in the technical aspects of the product to improve user satisfaction and optimize team performance.
Working schedule:
We work remotely: 5 days on, 2 days off, Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Kiev time, weekends off).
