Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Las Vegas, NV Time with occasional flexibility based on team needs
Working hours: 40 hours / week

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Inspire the Sales Team
  • Guide and motivate the sales team to reach their full potential.
  • Create a positive and supportive team culture.
Drive Sales and Revenue
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Set and achieve aggressive sales targets and quotas.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Foster Customer Relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop and Empower the Team
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance and career growth.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide updates and insights.


Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and verbal English.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
