What’s unique about this role?

This role provides the opportunity to work on dynamic projects with subject matters spread across different domains with a collaborative team. An open and supportive culture that provides enriched opportunities to grow and scale within the role. Will be a part of a dynamic project team engaged in document review, analysis, and trend reporting, using 3rd party and proprietary Information Retrieval (IR)/search software. Will be actively collaborating with other members and participating in training/knowledge sharing initiatives and group forums.

 

What will this person do?

  • Supports analysis and application of technology to reduce data volumes pre-review
  • Supports search consultation services within SLA.
  • Develops fluency in dtSearch syntax and relevant review platform features/functionality. 
  • Increases process knowledge, speed, and accuracy as they relate to standard search consultation services and 
  • Active contribution to planning, efficiency, and quality control related tasks/initiatives 
  • Ensures work product meets quality and timeliness standards.
  • Supports creation of client-facing analyses, reports, and other deliverables
  • Expands understanding of client contexts, needs, and motivations.
  • Timely and comprehensive communication and documentation of findings and proposals 
  • Addresses questions from project management teams or clients in timely manner
  • Performs other tasks as needed

  • Ability to assimilate and comprehend complex subject matters. 0 - 3 years of experience (preferred in applying research and analysis skills in developing business solutions) 
  • Relevant post-graduate work and research also applicable
  • Strong exposure to ITES and a fast-paced work environment
  • Keen attention to detail & strong client service ethic 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. 
  • Adapts to new situations.
  • Some exposure to Relativity/dtSearch syntax
  • Self-motivated and willing to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
  • Open to learn new tools and syntax.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English 
  • Ambitious, organized, self-driven, a quick learner, and unrelentingly curious. 
  • Comfortable tackling challenges involved in collaborating across and reporting to onshore teams.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Bachelor’s degree at minimum or a post graduate degree. Specific field of study is less important as LH encourages a skillfully diverse employee population. Current team members have advanced degrees in areas as diverse as Law, Linguistics, Psychology, Biology, Economics, and Information Science
  • Comfortable with a remote working environment with space available for office infrastructure and private workspace
  • Experience with research and data analysis might be advantageous for the job.
