What We Are Looking For:

 

The Infrastructure Project Manager will lead and facilitate technical and functional projects that are critical and essential to the foundation of assigned Company’s platforms and future success.   

 

This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S. 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects, including but not limited to network upgrades, data center management, cloud migration, and facility construction/renovations. 
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, budget, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. 
  • Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder requirements. 
  • Identify and manage project risks, providing proactive solutions to mitigate impact on timeline or cost. 
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, while negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements. 
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines. 
  • Allocate and monitor resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for senior leadership. 
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and final project reports. 
  • Track and report on project performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. 
  • Strong customer focus and dedication to delivering high-quality results. 
  • Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives. 

 

Requirements:

 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, and/or relevant working experience is strongly preferred.  
  • PMP certification from PMI or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.  

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity is required.  
  • PMP certification from PMI or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.  
  • Prior experience from the certificate authority industry is strongly preferred.  

 

 
Talents and Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Self-motivated with strong abilities to solve problems, manage time well, and get things done.  
  • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior management. 
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or similar tools). 
  • Experience leading, planning, coordinating, and directing complex technical and function projects in a matrix environment.  
  • Dynamic and effective people management experience with proven and strong abilities to manage and deliver various deadline-driven projects.  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.   
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.  
  • Self-motivated with ability to problem-solve, manage time well, and get things done.  
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team with limited supervision.  
  • Possess qualities such as integrity, fair mindedness, and a persuasive, congenial personality.  
  • Must thrive in a mature enterprise environment while applying existing skill sets and training to increase knowledge base.
