The Global Order Management team is looking for an analyst with a passion for operational excellence. This is a contract position. In this role,  you will work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations Leadership, Finance, Customer Support, Licensing and other teams internally, to provide first class support to our Sales organization, and ultimately our customers and partners. The successful candidate will partner with Field Sales and Deal Desk to underpin our Quote to Cash cycle, with an ethos of flawless execution against tight deadlines.

As a Global Order Management Contractor you will:

  • Be responsible for processing of renewal quotes, orders & licensing for subscription, services and training products, ensuring revenue accounting requirements are met.

  • Support scale in our business through partnership with Finance & Sales. Key goal to establish metrics and management reporting capability to measure success in renewals quoting

  • Implement our vision for management dashboards using Salesforce and other BI tools to provide visibility to team workload, pipeline and proactive renewal quoting processing efficiency

  • Drive effective management and improvement of our Sales Operations Request Process for incoming support requests from the field sales teams.

  • Ensure accurate data management of Salesforce opportunities to drive pipeline, forecast & booking excellence.

  • Collaborate with downstream teams including Revenue, Revenue Operations and Accounts Receivable on post-booking queries in the order to cash cycle, to ensure compliance.

  • Oversight responsibility for document control of Global Sales Support policy & procedures.

  • Institute innovative approach to maintenance of our contracts database as customer agreements are executed.

  • Support Field Operations with data management improvement initiatives in Salesforce.

  • Contribute to projects and initiatives focused on improving productivity and simplifying processes throughout the sales organization.

  • Collaborate with Field Operations and Deal Desk to deliver onboarding sessions to the field organisation.

  • Partner with Sales Management to ensure quotes are staged, and opportunities are properly created and tracked in Salesforce including stage, probability, booking amount, and various other required fields.

We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 2+ years Order Management/Sales Support experience, in a multinational environment

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Proven ability in implementing successful cross-functional programs and business processes in high growth environment required

  • Strong knowledge of various software selling motions, with specific focus on SAAS models

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business issues and define solutions required

  • Strong experience in using Salesforce CRM or equivalent

  • Proficient in use of excel/google sheets for data analysis and reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple projects from start to completion

  • Solid analytical and business modeling skills required

  • Strong business judgment and ability to balance sales requirements and policy integrity required

  • Takes initiative, accountability & responsibility for own work

  • Must be highly motivated, results-driven, energetic, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization

  • Working in a team collaborative environment, as well as independently

  • Experience working under pressure with tight deadlines and month-end cycles

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
