Job Description
The Solution Architect team at Sprinklr leads the charge in integrating advanced AI capabilities into our Unified-CXM platform. As part of this team, you will engage with customers throughout their journey, designing innovative AI solutions that drive business success. Our architects are trusted advisors, providing strategic insights and crafting architectures that leverage cutting-edge AI technologies. They collaborate with enterprise AI governance and AIOps teams to ensure compliance and optimize data strategies. Embracing change and innovation, our Solution Architects stay at the forefront of technology to deliver impactful solutions across diverse domains. This version emphasizes the role's focus on AI, strategic customer engagement, and collaboration with governance teams, aligning with the responsibilities of a Principal Solution Architect in the Platform AI domain.

As a Principal Solution Architect in the Platform AI domain, you will be a thought leader within the organization, driving strategic initiatives and innovation in AI solution architecture. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to align AI-driven solutions with business objectives and influence product strategy. This role requires deep expertise in AI technologies and a strong understanding of enterprise platforms.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions that integrate with Sprinklr’s platform, focusing on data activation, business taxonomy, visibility, and governance.
Deep expertise in AI technologies including machine learning algorithms, data governance, cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Compensation Range
$161,000 - $215,000 - $269,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
