What you'll do:

Tier 3 is the highest level of product expertise within the Cellebrite Technical Support Organization. The Tier 3 engineer is capable of troubleshooting and resolving the most complicated issues and working closely with end customers, QA, R&D, and Product Management. Requiring a high level of technical expertise, the Tier 3 engineer is responsible for the following:

  • Provide expert tips, advice, and solutions
  • Troubleshoot technically complex issues
  • Represent Cellebrite Support on digital forensic forums
  • Continually push for product improvements
  • Provide technical expertise to group members
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, reproduce issues
  • Manage bugs with R&D to ensure timely fixes in minor/major releases
  • Establish and maintain processes, procedures, documentation

 


Requirements

Mus Have's:

  • At least three years in a digital forensics role, but not an expert in extraction
  • Strong background in cloud infrastructure, especially in AWS
  • Background in decoding and analytics software
  • Experience with Cellebrite Physical Analyzer and Pathfinder products
  • Strong background in databases and NoSQL databases (MongoDB and/or Elastic Search).
  • Strong background in IT infrastructure (DNS, Active Directory)
  • Strong background in networking
  • Hands-on technical expertise in any of the following areas:
  • Operating systems (Windows/Linux/Android/iOS)
  • Scripting and coding (bash/Python/C#)
  • File and database structures
  • Analysis tools (HEX reader, SQL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication and verbal skills
  • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and reproducing issues in lab
  • Experience with providing solutions and workarounds.

This is a remote position in the East Coast. Candidates in the East Coast will be considered.
