Seeking a motivated IT BA to take accountability for support and delivery within the SAP environment, contribute to projects and CI initiatives. 

The Role

Based at our Port Melbourne site in a hybrid working arrangement, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Business Analyst who is looking for their next role in a complex environment.

Reporting to the IT Systems Manager, this role has accountability for the support and delivery of the SAP environments across the Bega Dairy and Drinks business, and integration with a range of other non-SAP applications. This role offers the chance to lead smaller projects and play a key role in larger initiatives.  

Our Port Melbourne site is not only the home of Vegemite it is also the home of other Australian iconic products, such as Bega Peanut Butter, Bega Simply Nuts, Zoosh and Cream Cheese. VEGEMITE has been proudly made in Port Melbourne, Australia since 1923.

Responsibilities

  • Apply subject matter expertise of Finance/Controlling to assist in day-to-day operation in production support and driving continuous improvement.

  • Provide and coordinate support and maintenance activities across a range of integrated non-SAP Bega Dairy and Drinks applications.

  • Assure the delivery of outsourced ERP services to ensure that service quality meets agreed expectations and contract conditions

  • Assist with coordinating projects on behalf of the BDD Systems team, primarily with respect to projects within the pipeline.

  • Work with their business stakeholders to determine, prioritise and execute activities to support business initiatives

About you

  • 5+ years in service management, systems analyst or business analyst roles

  • 5+ years finance controlling experience SAP FICO strongly preferred

  • FMCG experience preferred

  • Vendor management experience, including offshore (e.g Capgemini)

  • Experience in problem and incident management, preferably with ITIL knowledge
