What You Will Do:

As a Managing Consultant within Guidehouse's Federal Financial Services segment, you will support one of our clients' Lender Relations team to include interaction with Lenders, Client leadership and internal stakeholders. General responsibilities include:

·       Using lending expertise to solve complex lender issues affecting data entry

·       Prepare Lender Training materials

·       Scheduling, Preparing and Participating in lender education via our client's Regional Office(s) webinar(s)

·       Interfacing with client to recommend and refine requirements for our client's loan system of record when new policies/SOP’s are released

·       Recommending loan system enhancements when needed

·       Using lending knowledge to create knowledge base training material

·       Support business analyst efforts to develop requirements

·       Provide guidance to technology team on user experience and user acceptance testing

·       Collaborate with client/industry to shape execution and change management

·       Work with Guidehouse project management team to develop industry training and communication

What You Will Need:

·       10 years of experience in the small business lending space, including loan operations

·       5 years of experience working within loan systems as a user

·       Strong network of lenders in the small business space


What Would Be Nice To Have:

·       Experience with testing and implementation of commercial or government lending platforms

·       Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

·       Outstanding organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

·       Bachelor's degree

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
