Remote Construction Clerk needs telecom, construction site experience
Remote Construction Clerk requires:
• Familiar with construction drawings and electric meter knowledge
• T-Mobile experience ideal
• Experience navigating Siterra or Magenta Built
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent utility industry experience required.
• 4 years’ experience managing vendors or in the telecommunications industry required. •Expertise in utilities management, ordering, and account set up, and experience with a utility company, preferred.
• Working knowledge of legal descriptions, easements, and site surveys.
• Familiar with wireless infrastructure and deployments preferred.
Remote Construction Clerk duties:
•Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to provide updates and identify site-specific issues to ensure the timely completion of utility designs, orders, and deliveries.
•Schedule site walks as required between fiber backhaul providers to obtain and confirm final design routing and equipment specifications in support of fiber backhaul deliveries
•Maintain excellent relationships with utility providers and vendors to proactively follow up on service delivery timeframes.
•Engage pre-contracted third party utility coordination vendors for project updates and milestone-specific forecasts.
•Manage and maintain, within Siterra (site management software) and customers’ systems, work lists, forecasts, milestones, and production as required.
