This position ensures day-to-day sales delivery to DGS Brasil's customers and the Dedalus organization. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the relevant Sales department by creating a local sales strategy, monitoring costs, profitable order intake and providing forecasts on related figures, as well as team staffing, and developing skills concurrently with the product portfolio and the need of the market.

Representative Activities

  • Manage profitable order intake, margin and costs.
  • Manage funnel.
  • Create and execute local strategic plan.
  • Create and execute account strategy.
  • Hire and coach sales team.
  • Perform Customer Relationship Management.
  • Sponsor escalation processes and issue problems.
  • Develop skills of the Sales force concurrently with sold products and the local strategic plan.
  • Audit employee conformance to established business principles and regulatory affairs.
  • Execute tasks and programs derived from related SSU Manager role (if applicable).
  • Manage bid process.
  • Accountable for accounts receivables (escalation / coaching).
  • Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs, proposes and implements marketing strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet marketing requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
  • Oversees the development of marketing plans for company’s products/brands, including pricing strategies, sales plans, and implementation of product strategies.
  • Develops and attains key performance indicators for implemented marketing strategies.
  • Oversees brand/product introductions, marketing/sales campaigns, promotion activities, and advertising and assesses their success against the plan.
  • Ensures connection between marketing and sales functions and supervises their joint work with distribution channels, and others.

Requirements

Consolidated background with the above responsibilities and activities, and experience within the software & healthcare segment.

Fluent English speaking.

Desirable specialization/MBA and Spanish.
