The Regal Rexnord Information Technology Internship Program is a fulltime, 10-week paid internship at our Grafton and Milwaukee offices starting June 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of machine learning models in production environments.
Monitor model performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
Develop and maintain documentation for ML Ops processes and workflows.
Support the automation of model training, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for ML Ops.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
