Flexible Work Policy:

At JWP Connatix, we support a flexible work policy, with most employees working remotely. However, to align with our operational needs, we can only consider candidates residing in the same country as the job posting. The Account Management Team:

Our Account Management team is dedicated to nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering exceptional service. As an Account Manager, you'll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure our clients derive maximum value from our solutions and achieve their goals.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for building strong relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet our clients' needs and align with their business objectives.

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Understand client needs, business objectives, and challenges to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive client success and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand account value.
  • Monitor account performance and provide clients with insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, account status, and key metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

Requirements for the Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of account management best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and account management tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or media industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or advertising solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
