Role: Commercial Administrator
Location: Sheffield

Your new role:
What you'll do:
To provide commercial administrative support to the YEM commercial team in line with Group policies and procedures.
Duties:
Subcontractor authorisation process and associated tracking logs through docusign
Subcontractor order amendments authorisation process and associated tracking logs
Collating, submission and chasing of other commercial documents which require authorisation by senior management
Collating and submission of monthly framework reports
Assist in the recording, distribution and uploading of all subcontract documents to Microsoft Team
Supporting supplier orders/buying.
Assisting with administration relating to consultant appointments
Provide administrative support to the Social Impacts Manager
Liaise with Finance on payment of ad hoc invoices.
General administration including printing, binding, scanning, archiving etc.
What you'll need:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• A high degree of confidentiality and awareness of GDPR protocols.
• Ability to react and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent degree of computer literacy and proficient in IT including:
• Excellent attention to detail.:
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctual, reliable and committed, with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to drive to be able to visit sites when required.
