Job description

Buscamos un/a Senior Commercial Finance Manager, que se encargará de gestionar la planificación y análisis financiero de la región LATAM con un equipo financiero regional y global.


Ubicación:

Este puesto estará ubicado en Quito, Ecuador. Se buscará en multiples países como Bogotá, Colombia y Lima, Perú con reporte a una de nuestras oficinas en Florida, USA.

Modalidad: Hibrida.

Role:

El Gerente Senior de Finanzas Comerciales es un socio comercial de alto impacto para equipos multifuncionales, incluidos Marketing, Ventas, Medicina, Acceso al Mercado y Cadena de Suministro, para respaldar el viaje de crecimiento continuo de la compañía. Reportando al VP de Finanzas de una de nuestras oficinas en Florida, USA, este rol es responsable de brindar planificación y análisis financiero de alta calidad y apoyo a la toma de decisiones al Equipo de Liderazgo de la región en LATAM, funciones comerciales, así como a los equipos financieros regionales y globales.

Experiencia Laboral:

  • Amplia experiencia en Contabilidad Financiera/de Gestión.
  • Un mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en procesos financieros y contables.
  • Experiencia en asociaciones comerciales.
  • Titulación de tercer nivel, preferiblemente una cualificación profesional de contabilidad.
  • Experiencia trabajando en un equipo internacional y/o en un entorno matricial.
  • Excelentes habilidades de TI (MS Office, SAP) y conocimiento de un ERP, SAP, Anaplan u otro.
  • Experiencia trabajando en Big 4.
  • Se prefiere el conocimiento de la industria farmacéutica y la experiencia en tendencias.
  • Conocedor de las áreas de prácticas comerciales y complejidades tributarias de LATAM.
  • Competente en inglés y español (escrito, lectura y habla).
  • 10% viaje USA.

Salary & Compensation:

  • $176,000 and $189,000/anual.
