Antech Diagnostics is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for passionate talent to join our dynamic team! Based in Altorf (Alsace) and operating across several locations in France, Antech Diagnostics France offers a full range of products and services in veterinary diagnostics, ensuring high-quality care for companion animals. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative technologies in imaging and laboratory analysis.

We are currently looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to be based in Massy (91) and to support our development, particularly within the context of the creation of a shared services center. If you are motivated, proactive, and ready to take on exciting challenges, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities:

As part of a team of 10 colleagues, you will play a key role in leading an accounting team dedicated to recently integrated structures.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing statutory financial statements and group reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for various companies, in compliance with French accounting standards and US GAAP.
  • Supervising the accounting team, ensuring versatility and sharing best practices within the group.
  • Managing balance sheet accounts, receivables, and payables, as well as fixed asset and lease accounting.
  • Performing closing entries and documentation in accordance with internal control guidelines.
  • Integrating new companies into existing closing processes and participating in cross-departmental optimization projects.
  • Supporting Management Control teams, both nationally and internationally.
  • Managing ad hoc projects such as system migrations and the implementation of new processes.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a degree in international accounting (e.g., business school, DSCG, IAE) at a Bac+5 level.
  • Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a structured multisite group, with prior experience in an audit firm being a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and tax law.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards and US GAAP.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and integrated reporting tools.
  • Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Structured, autonomous, and proactive working method.
  • Very strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Team spirit and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in leading a small team is a plus.
