As our Senior Circularity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a sustainable economy across Europe. Over the coming years, you will design and lead innovative take-back, recycling, and closed-loop programs that divert valuable materials from landfill and incineration. Your work will not only promote environmental stewardship but also demonstrate how sustainability can drive business success.
You will engage with some of the world’s largest manufacturing brands, educating them on how we can support the recycling of their products.

Your mission:
- Collaborate with leading manufacturers to design and implement innovative circular programs for products that usually end-up in incineration.
- Provide expert recycling guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring successful pilot execution.
- Take ownership of designing effective, customized recycling programs, leveraging the Resourcify recycling network.
- Support customers in rolling out and distributing these programs to their target audiences in both Europe and the US.
- Develop interactive dashboards to effectively visualize the environmental and business impact of the recycling programs.
- Leverage your expertise to support the circularity team in driving sustainable initiatives and advancing circular economy goals.
How you will make an impact:
- You have 3+ years of experience in project management in circular economy or waste management related fields , with a proven track record.
- Ideally, You have experience in waste law topics and possess knowledge about recycling practices & technologies, material properties, resource efficiency and general disposal industry information.
- You possess a customer-centric and entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovative & sustainable solutions.
- You excel in communication, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.
- You have a genuine passion for recycling, sustainability, and the circular economy.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- You can work well in a dynamic environment and ensure customer success & satisfaction.
