You are:
  • University degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations;
  • Knowledge of English (at least Upper-Intermediate: spoken and written);
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills ;
  • Strong understanding partner requirements;
  • Flexibility and Curiosity;
  • Team player;
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex (matrix) environment and to build strong professional relationship (networking);
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
With you we will:
  • Ensure that communication channel between all partners in markets, that cover Food scope and NBS Center are set up and working effectively (e.g. MORs, QORs and Executive Reviews) conducted with the right participants and preparation;
  • Ensure that continuous improvement initiatives are implemented across Markets and NBS to drive tangible benefits to the business, leveraging CI methodologies;
  • Coordinate that issues across E2E are resolved as per commitment with strong and effective collaboration operational teams;
  • Ensure that alignment is achieved with Markets regarding the value to deliver (e.g. priority KPIs agreed with Markets based on business context);
  • Organize that regular feedback mechanism is in place and facilitate that regular best practices sharing across markets is in place;
  • Ensure building and maintaining strong relationships with partners
