With the launch of a new project, we are seeking a dedicated Head of CRM to build and optimize user retention and engagement strategies.

What Experience Is Important to Us:

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager in the iGaming or Gambling industry.

  • Familiarity with the Latin American market is a significant advantage.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to assess and improve campaign performance.

  • Proven ability to segment customer databases and design personalized loyalty programs.

  • Experience in A/B testing and applying insights to enhance engagement.

  • Solid understanding of online casino and sportsbook user behavior.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance user retention, engagement, and monetization through personalized multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).

  • Analyze user behavior and key metrics to create tailored offers, optimize customer journeys, and improve campaign performance for both general and VIP users.

  • Configure and manage the CRM system for efficient segmentation, automation, and campaign execution, integrating A/B testing insights to refine strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends to ensure CRM initiatives align with company objectives and best practices.
