The Head of Marketing will lead the marketing department, creating strategies that drive growth, brand recognition, and customer engagement. This leader will oversee all marketing initiatives, from brand development to campaign execution, to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Identify new market opportunities and assess competition.

  • Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear performance targets and guide the team in meeting goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

  • Brand Development
  • Oversee branding initiatives to strengthen brand identity and increase market share.
  • Manage brand reputation through public relations, social media, and content strategy.
  • Track customer insights to refine brand positioning and messaging.

  • Event Management:
  • Oversee all company events, from tradeshows to conferences.  
  • Ensure each event is executed creatively aligning with brand values and creating memorable experiences for our advisors and key stakeholders.

  • Campaign Management
  • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Oversee digital, content, email, SEO, and social media strategies.
  • Optimize campaign performance through analytics and KPIs.

  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation
  • Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Assess the ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Negotiate with external agencies and vendors for marketing services.

  • Market Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
  • Report on key metrics to the executive team, providing insights for data-driven decisions.


  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Experience working in the Wealth Management industry with a deep understanding of financial products, services and key stakeholders (MANDATORY)
  • B2B2C marketing experience. 
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up/dynamic environment.
