Position Overview:

International Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Excellence (GME) Marketing Services

Are you interested in developing marketing materials targeted to both consumers and health care providers? Are you interested in working on a breakthrough product that makes a huge difference in the lives of people with diabetes?

The International Marketing Manager of Global Marketing Excellence (GME), Marketing Services will lead the implementation of marketing and design assignments and other related communication assets and collaterals for video, print, website and digital media based on predetermined creative campaign strategies. You will be accountable for delivering the international Omnipod (Insulet as needed) strategies into core marketing materials for the consumer and HCP marketing teams working with international downstream marketing, franchise marketing and creatives. This person will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Marketing Excellence, Marketing Services. This person will also work closely with other parts of the GME and International teams to help drive the core GME vision.

This is a pivotal role in the daily international operations of the GME. This position requires a dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with creative and internal teams to manage schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

· Support brand stewardship by advising and creating marketing materials based on predetermined Omnipod creative strategies—this person is the key to ensuring the brand strategies come to life throughout the rest of the marketing touchpoints.

· Lead production / execution requirements for international projects to ensure brand assets are delivered to the right specs. Work with internal procurement as needed to meet corporate requirements.

· Support the GME digital team and international Marketing team in the development / facilitation of the implementation of webpages on International Omnipod.com. Ensures internal marketing teams are working together to ensure consistent voice. Helps source, resize and secure photography assets. Leads the process and holds team accountable to a timeline and once MLR approved, proofs and validates production site before going live.

· Supports internal international marketing teams in development of new webpages, including strategy bringing key subject matter experts together to ensure goals are met and delivered on time.

· Seek continuous improvement and work closely with marketing operations to develop, design, implement and optimize creative project workflows. This involves optimizing internal resource allocation, reducing bottlenecks, and eliminating unnecessary steps to expedite delivery.

· Manage expectations, objectives, timelines and – negotiate dates and scopes of work as needed.

· Provide creative direction and input based on internal international marketing teams communications and project briefs.

· Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with internal expectations and brand guidelines.

· You will collaborate closely with the rest of the GME team to plan and forecast budgetary requirements to optimize resource allocation for creative projects,

· Develop new processes to support global marketing organization and translate all marketing successes / asset development for global consumption

· Performs other duties as required such as helping to oversee video shoots etc.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

· Relevant experience in a consumer marketing-driven organization;

· Desire to make a significant impact on the lives of those with diabetes, their families and friends

· Experience in marketing a consumer and/or RX product and managing large media budgets highly preferred

· Experience with diabetes and medical device and / or healthcare experience / HIPPA regulated products ideal, but not required

· High emotional intelligence and ability to successfully collaborate across all levels and disciplines

· A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners on a global scale.

· Strong project management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present creative concepts to stakeholders.

· Leverage highly effective written and verbal communication skills with peers and leadership; help represent the Marketing organization to internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership

· Intellectual curiosity, including the willingness to dig in and learn more about things

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple priorities and willingness to have some fun along the way!

Physical / Working time Requirements (if applicable):

· Within Insulet, the GME is a newer organization, and we are growing to meet the needs of our international business. Insulet operates in over 24 countries around the world. This role is to support the international team based out of London. As such, the working hours for this role are expected to be flexible and one that can support a certain amount of working time with the US based team. The expectation is that for certain days, this person would be available start later in day to support being available for calls until later in the evening local time ~ 8pm. Schedule to be worked out with Hiring Manager.

· Ability to travel to Acton as needed/minimum 4x per year

· Expectation to be in the London office on a semi-regular basis/when the marketing teams come in. International marketing team is based out of London.

· Ability to attend project related production needs, and if desired conferences and diabetes related events.
