Who we are looking for

We are expanding our customer care team and are currently seeking a Working Student: Customer Care Agent 30-40% in Switzerland. This remote position is perfectly suited for students looking to gain valuable experience in a customer-focused role while continuing their education.

Role & Duties

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries, modify journeys and invoices as needed, and escalate any issues to the appropriate departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and system integrity.
  • Work independently from your home or any location, using tools provided by us.
  • Participate in regular team video calls and occasional workshops to stay aligned with team goals and updates.

Skills and personality

  • Good command of German, Italian and English. Other languages, such as French or Czech, are a plus.
  • Interest in public transport and familiarity with the FAIRTIQ app are advantageous.
  • Minimum 2 years of studies ahead of you.
  • Quick learner, team-player and able to work independently (good self-organisation).
  • Willing and available to work next to studies.
