Job description

This is a remote position.

FREELANCE DATA SCIENTIST 

FULLY REMOTE ​

Duties:
  • Support development of data/AI projects by helping with exploration, EDA, anything related to it – long term (1-2 yrs) big projects & smaller initiatives (3-6 mths)
  • Support data platform migration process (serve as a business analyst, help with risks assessment when data migration etc.)

Musts:

  • Data background (3+ years of experience as data analyst/scientist or similar), at least mid-level
  • Strong analytical mindset, easily connecting dots in ambiguous projects
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Advanced SQL querying skills (joins, unions, window functions, aggregations etc) 

Nice to haves:

  • Presentation & storytelling skills
  • Python
  • Exposure to ML models (can write or at least understand a simple machine learning model)
