Title: Content Creator Specialist
Location: Remote in SA
SA Hours: 9am-5pm (flexible)

Our client is a premier property management business specializing in luxury real estate and short-term rentals. Over the years, they have carefully curated an impressive portfolio of unique destinations, including a charming boutique hotel nestled in the countryside, a lavish villa in Thailand, and an exciting new safari lodge currently under development in South Africa. Their collection also spans ski chalets in France and exclusive villas in Spain, offering guests unforgettable experiences around the world.
We’re looking for a Content Creator Specialist to craft engaging, trend-driven video content for luxury villas. This role focuses on producing scroll-stopping videos, managing and optimizing paid ads, and turning creative ideas into impactful campaigns, and driving lead generation through high-performing short-form content. ​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create eye-catching short-form video content for all social media platforms

  • Stay updated on daily trends to produce viral content with strong hooks and clever captions.

  • Provide creative direction for video shoots and/or manage Videographers. and managers to execute high-quality content.

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok for maximum ROI.

  • Build and refine funnel landing pages to drive leads and conversions.

  • Use A/B testing to fine-tune content performance, thumbnails, and CTAs.

  • Analyze content data and iterate strategies to stay ahead of trends and ensure success.



Requirements

  • Proven track record in short-form content creation with measurable results. (Portofolio’s will be requested)

  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.

  • Expertise in video production and creative direction.

  • Experience managing Meta and TikTok ads with a focus on ROI.

  • Ability to craft hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive engagement.
