As a Solution Project Manager you will give direction and lead complex, integral projects,  from initial phase until final delivery, which are essential to PCI business domain. You will manage project all over Europe in collaboration with local Philips teams or Partners.

Your role:

• Project management within Region Europe: Gaining agreements on and achieving project goals and objectives, balancing, and managing the project scope (including requirements), schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks
• Take ownership of documents signed and be responsible of billing initialization
• Monitoring project activities, appropriately balancing risk taking and issue escalation and setting up detailed progress / escalation reports (including suggested corrective actions) for the project steering team
• Building partnerships with the project’s stakeholders, leverage them to achieve goals, and able to influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions
• Support presales activities as a subject matter expert ensuring that the scoped solution can be delivered to meet customer expectations with a clear path to revenue recognition & customer value
• Delivering products, services, systems and/or solutions at customer sites, as agreed in the customer contract and Statement of Work 
• Monitoring the customer success criteria and project budget during project execution with an outcome-oriented view focusing on the maximization of the project benefits and customer impact
•  Ensure that all deliverables have been met including, but not limited to, systems installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and education and customer success deliverables
• Reviewing feedback from customers, compiling and analyzing support data and recommending technical changes as appropriate

You're the right fit if you have:

• Bachelor's/Master's or Engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 year experience as a project manager
• Experience working on an international level
• Project management experience within the healthcare and enterprise software industry
• Team leadership skills, client relationship management, business management, financial management, contract management and business development
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel according to projects needs

Advantage:

• PMP certification and a specialization (Organizational Transformation Foundations, Risk Management Professional, etc.)

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
