Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing digital projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the execution of digital marketing and web development projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, design, development) to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule and within scope.

  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled.

  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and project reports.

  • Ensure that all projects align with the company’s strategic goals and client requirements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and methodologies to continually improve project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within digital marketing, SEO, or web development.

  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and manage cross-functional workstreams.

  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
