Integral Project Manager

Job Description

Job title:
With this role we offer you an unique opportunity to develop your project management talent. You will be challenged to work on systems as complex as a spaceship and improve patient care worldwide at the same time.

Your role:

  • Integrally manage the new product introductions from begin till end as well as maintenance projects for Magnetic Resonance Imaging with the focus on the receive chain hardware component like the coils;

  • Lead a global cross-functional global project team comprising hardware, software, clinical, quality, service, procurement, operations and marketing

  • Drive quality and costs by design with the customer in mind

  • Manage time, budget and scope for the project integrally, deliver per commitments on scope, quality, time and cost.

  • Drive operational excellence in the team via integral decision-based planning and daily management

  • Use state of the art Program Management tools and processes to drive execution of projects/programs

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and quality after launch and continuously improve during the monitoring phase

  • Communicate and manage the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Interact with the global Teams of Diagnostic Imaging/ MR


You're the right fit if:

  • An engineering/science university degree or above
  • At least 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in medical systems and PMP certified or equivalent
  • Engineering, design or development background required, preferably with the experience on receive coil and clinical workflow
  • Strong quality engineering background and mindset
  • A proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-site project teams
  • Great communication skills and the ability to engage and lead cross-functional teams
  • Preferably, certified in Lean methodologies and Design for Six Sigma or Design for Reliability
  • Team player, leadership skills and drive for results
  • Customer focus and Quality mindset
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
