Title : Project Manager with Enterprise Datacenter Experience
Location : Redmond WA (100% Remote)
Rate :$50/hour on W2 (No Benefits)
Note: We need TPM profiles specifically with Enterprise Data Center experience. We do not want experience in other areas; we need profiles focused on a combination of technical skills, project management expertise and specific knowledge related to data center operations.
Skills Required:
Desirable skills include proficiency in technology concepts, networking, security, and cloud computing.

Experience Required – 8+ Years of relevant experience with at least 3-5 years focused on enterprise data center environments.
Certification – PMP, CSM, PSM, any Agile certification preferred and relevant technical certifications like CCNP.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex data center projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (networking, security, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
Facilitate regular updates, status reports, and meetings to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues.
Provide technical guidance and support to teams working on data center infrastructure, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure data center solutions, including networking, storage, and compute infrastructure.
Ensure that all technical solutions meet the organization’s security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenditures are tracked and controlled.
Optimize resource allocation across projects, balancing the demands of various initiatives while maintaining high levels of efficiency and productivity.
Work with procurement teams to manage vendor relationships and contracts related to data center hardware, software, and services.
