Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision

We are looking for:

(Senior) ServiceNow Platform Administrator

Your future role:

  • Provide second level support for ServiceNow Platform modules and functionalities (including but not limited to: ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, IRM, TPSM, Discovery, Agent Workspace, Virtual Agent, Integrations):

    • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents,

    • Identify problems and log known errors to determine root-cause,

    • Manage service requests,

    • Participate in change management process for changes.

  • Perform day to day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow Platform,

  • Resolve functional and technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately,

  • Perform failure analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement,

  • Maintain ServiceNow support processes,

  • Manage system configuration,

  • Monitor system scheduled tasks and take actions in case of errors identified,

  • Provide documentation on how to use global system,

  • Conduct testing for subsequent developments of the application,

  • Perform special assignments as requested.

Apply if you have: 
  • At least Bachelor, or Engineering degree in Technology or a related field,

  • 2+ years of ITSM tool support would be expected (3+ for seniors),

  • Experience in configuring and supporting the ServiceNow platform,

  • Experience working in a support analyst/specialist role for global clients,

  • Familiarity with AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and ServiceNow API,

  • ITIL and ServiceNow Certifications desirable (Certified ServiceNow Administrator or others),

  • Service orientation with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction,

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration capabilities,

  • Very good verbal and written communication skills,

  • Availability for shift work (start between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.),

  • Fluent English (is essential for this job),

  • Previous experience in application testing will be considered as an asset.
