Financial Services Account Associate II - NIGO CB Team

(start in January 2025)

Would you like to utilize your English command and interact with U.S.-based clients via outbound calls and reviewing received paperwork to help them manage their account? Do you enjoy learning and perfecting new skills? Join our Transfer Agent department to gain knowledge through a series of trainings and help us in achieving excellent client service experience.

 

About The Team

We are the Transfer Agency Operations Department responsible for processing the requests of our American shareholders, based on the received documentation. We are making sure that those requests are processed in accordance with applicable procedures, accuracy and on time to meet expectations of our customers. We are currently recruiting for our NIGO Callback team which is responsible for resolving issues with received paperwork via direct client contact. We are closely cooperating with our branches located in the United States and India. 

 

What you will be doing

  • Working on multiple applications and technological solutions to complete your daily tasks
  • Following up with clients via outbound phone calls to obtain missing information, clarifying the requests and/or confirming with the shareholder the processed transactions
  • Closely collaborating with multiple groups responsible for initial review of the documentation
  • Processing account maintenance and financial transactions based on written instructions received from our customers
  • Taking part in team-based activities such as~ team meetings, various group projects and initiatives

 

What You Bring

  • To join our team, we do not require knowledge in financial area – as part of the New Hire onboarding, we provide full training conducted by our experienced Training Team
  • Ability to work in English speaking environment and in direct contact with American clients (required language level C1)
  • Computer literacy and ability to interpret documents and procedures, according to specific timelines
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Higher education or being in the last years of study with ability to work full-time
  • Readiness to work from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm from Monday to Friday and flexibility to work overtime depending on business demands.
  • Start date on the position is set on 15th of January 2025.
