Your mission

We're seeking a seasoned DevOps Team Lead to spearhead our transition to Platform Engineering. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, streamline processes, and foster a culture of self-service within our organization.

As our DevOps Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead the charge: Guide our team in the evolution from traditional DevOps to a platform-centric approach.
  • Architect the future: Design and implement a robust, self-service platform that empowers developers to accelerate delivery.
  • Foster collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Cultivate excellence: Promote best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the platform.
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear direction, leadership, and mentorship. Proactively address any issues within the team, promoting a positive and respectful work environment supporting high performance and creativity

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep technical expertise: A solid foundation in cloud technologies, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
