Your challenge:  

As our Senior System Engineer within the Corporate IT team, you'll be instrumental in architecting and maintaining a cutting-edge corporate infrastructure that empowers our 400+ employees across Germany, Spain, and the UK. By applying GitOps methodologies and automation, you'll ensure our systems are efficient and resilient. In addition to infrastructure, you'll develop innovative "people products" such as tooling automations and integrations that elevate productivity and collaboration. Whether you choose to work remotely within Germany or from our modern Berlin office as part of our hybrid work model, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our IT ecosystem.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using modern DevOps practices

• Manage and optimise our SaaS ecosystem including Notion, Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Okta

• Develop and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks

• Oversee our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system through Okta

• Manage and optimise our Meraki network infrastructure

• Implement and maintain device management solutions using SimpleMDM and FleetDM
  
  

Your profile:

• 5+ years experience in corporate IT environments, with strong expertise in macOS/iOS management

• Proven track record of implementing DevOps methodologies in corporate IT settings

• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, Bash, or TypeScript

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible

• Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies and CI/CD pipelines

• Demonstrated expertise with cloud platforms, particularly GCP or AWS

• Strong understanding of SaaS management and security best practices

• Experience with device management platforms for macOS and Windows

• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
