Aseptics Ljubljana manufacturing unit provides advanced pharmaceutical products to patients around the world. We are increasingly focusing on biosimilars, which require exceptional quality of processes and procedures, and above all, high professionalism, dedication and commitment of all employees in the unit.

We are looking for a QA Operations Expert responsible for releasing incoming materials for production and managing activities before the finished product release.

By joining our company, you will be able to become familiar with:

  • the principles of production and quality control of aseptic products,
  • prerequisites for utilization of incoming materials and intermediate products in the production,
  • activities and control points for the finished products market release.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

In our multidisciplinary working environment, you will have a dynamic and interesting career with the following job roles and responsibilities:

  • Assessment of adequacy of incoming materials and intermediate products and their release for use in production, by internal regulations and legislation.
  • Support activities related to the pharmaceutical products market release.
  • Work planning in the department, priorities coordination with other departments, participation in deviation investigations and change management.
  • Monitoring and reporting of performance indicators.
  • Good manufacturing practice training execution.
  • Implementation of process improvements and optimizations.
  • Development of an internal quality system with good pharmaceutical practices, legislation and Sandoz standards – assuring compliance of processes and procedures with the highest quality standards.
  • Other tasks determined by the annually set objectives and performance indicators.

Essential Requirements:

  • A university degree in pharmacy, chemistry or other equivalent natural science degree.  
  • Active knowledge of English and Slovene.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred min. 5 years of work experience in production, development and/or quality.
  • The desire for new skills, personal development, teamwork and cooperation.
