At Tribe Wellness Sales, Inc., we teach our Inbound Wellness Sales Specialists how to ethically sell health and wellness products to help our customers live a healthy and fulfilling life. All from the comfort of your own home. 

We are currently seeking independent Inbound Wellness Sales Specialists to answer a high volume of inbound sales and support phone calls to help our customers complete their support request or purchase of health and wellness products. 

What You'll Do:

• Answer Inbound Sales Calls from Customers: You will enjoy a steady flow of inbound sales calls from our customers where you will help them complete their online order over the phone.
• Answer Inbound Support Calls from Customers: Our customers need help with returns, product questions, and general support for their purchase, and you will be the friendly voice on the phone to help guide them to an outstanding customer experience.
• Learn: We will teach you how to ethically close high ticket sales of health and wellness products to help customers with their specific challenges. We train every day. And while we like to have fun doing work that we love, we take what we do very seriously.
• Earn: You will have the opportunity to earn a significant monthly bonus based on your performance for key metrics like customer satisfaction scores, average order value, and volume of calls that you handle.
• Live: Work from your own home and utilize our tech tools and platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hard working and highly driven individuals who embody Tribe's core values of helping people heal.
• Knowledge, background or raw passion around health and wellness. This is a non-negotiable, you will literally be talking about health and wellness all day long
• Experience in sales is an advantage, but with our comprehensive tool kit, we welcome those hungry to learn and grow.
• A self-starter, motivated by growth opportunities and the drive to excel in sales.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• We require a stable internet connection capable of supporting seamless voice and video communications, and data transfer, with an Octane Speed of 20,000 or greater, (https://chromium.github.io/octane/).
• A backup system for power or internet outages. 
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with working mic, camera, and a working headset. You will be on zoom with your team throughout the day.
• The ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day).

What is an Inbound Wellness Sales Specialist?

An Inbound Wellness Sales Specialist is someone who answers every inbound support call from a customer with a smile, ready to help them no matter what they need. In some cases customers may need help with a product return or general support, and in other cases they are simply calling in needing help completing their order. 

On the Inbound call, we walk a customer step by step through a carefully crafted Health and Wellness Protocol designed to help them optimize their health with the product that they just purchased.

About 25% of the time these customers could benefit from additional health and wellness products like supplements, programs, coaching, or devices. So, using our well tested and carefully scripted process called permission based selling, we offer the customer additional products to support their goals.

This process generates a sale on 10%-30% of your inbound calls, with an average order value somewhere around 2X what the customer spent online. So great Inbound Wellness Sales Specialists can sell anywhere from $1,000 to $2,000 every day, depending on their skill level and commitment to excellence.
