As a Contracts Execution Specialist, you will lead and execute specific processes within the Source-to-Pay Ecosystem, including sourcing recommendations, contracts, pricing, procurement and/or payments, analysis, and governance. You will be an expert in policies, stewardship, compliance, controls, master data work processes, specific industries, and technical systems. Typical work includes effectively engaging and managing internal stakeholders and supplier relationships; owning definition and execution of sourcing, procurement, and payment tactics; utilizing technical solutions to transform work processes for improved effectiveness and efficiency; facilitating contract execution end-to-end from sourcing choices recommendation through supplier payments; accountable for delivery of fundamentals such as supply assurance, value creation, and compliance to policies.

Job Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of procurement principles, theories, and processes
  • Good understanding of fundamental contracting principles.
  • Experience in supply chain functions
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ APO / BW) and master data tools
  • Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Strong knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications.
  • Good understanding of accounts payable (invoicing) principles and processes.
  • Expertise in data management.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Mastery in English and local language. (Required).
  • Experience working in a data driven process or service center environment, with time pressure and priorities to be balanced (Preferred)
  • Proven effective cross-functional business team experience
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset and methodology
