Job description

About the role: We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer or DWH/Data Solution Architect to join us on a freelance, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in dbt, Azure, and Snowflake to optimize our data solutions, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless collaboration across data teams. Responsibilities

Evaluate and recommend the use of local dbt setup versus dbt Cloud based on business needs.
Design, develop, and optimize data solutions using Microsoft Azure and Snowflake.
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, aligning with DevOps best practices.
Collaborate effectively with Data Analysts, BI Developers, DWH Developers, and Solution Architects to ensure cohesive implementation of data solutions.
Apply DevOps principles to improve development processes and infrastructure reliability.
Provide architectural guidance to align data solutions with organizational goals.
Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and best practices for data teams.
Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance the data ecosystem.
