Position Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter/Headhunter to support our high-volume recruitment efforts. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a proactive individual who excels in identifying and engaging large pools of candidates. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates for multiple positions simultaneously, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent for our recruitment team to place.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify candidates using advanced search techniques, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
• Engage and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and experience for open positions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for various client mandates.
• Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to ensure a strong long-term talent network.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified candidates for client presentation.
• Keep up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain regular communication with team members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in fast-paced sourcing environment, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expertise with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards, and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with candidates and working collaboratively with recruitment teams.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a commission-only environment where performance directly drives earnings.
