Job description

Are you passionate about mathematics and interested in creating innovative educational content? Join a leading platform for data-driven math education as a Junior Math Content Developer.

As the Junior Math Content Developer, you’ll ensure well-aligned content for all US customers, this includes creating math problems, aligning content to scope & sequence, programming generated questions, and working with AI-models to generate appropriate content.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your math expertise and creativity to make a meaningful impact on education, all while working remotely for a US-based company. What You'll Do

You will be interacting regularly with users and participating in classroom visits to observe how the content drives the broader user experience in practice.

Your aim will be to ensure that teachers get a fantastic experience where the content is a means for teachers and students to achieve better math lessons.

You will be working closely with colleagues across the US and Europe while also having lots of autonomy to drive your own projects.

Cross-team collaboration: You will have the opportunity to gain insight into how sales, product development, and customer success operate.

What You Need

Bachelor's degree in any field

Attention to detail

A good understanding of K-12 math

A background in education is not a prerequisite but a great asset when working with content!

Being a team member who wants to take a large ownership of developing the math content experience

Be very ambitious and like chasing challenging targets

Be extremely output-oriented and find satisfaction in driving projects to completion

Eager to learn new things, and either have a thorough understanding of mathematical curricula or be open to learning rapidly

Goal-oriented and accustomed to working towards deadlines

Great at communicating

Be hardworking and willing to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup.

This is a full-time, long-term position.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.

Work from home.

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
