This is a remote position.

Due to the dynamic growth of our company, particularly in international markets, we’re looking for results-oriented people to support our ambitions. We are recruiting for a Pre Sales Manager to coordinate, research and communicate all product, functionality and connectivity requests made by the sales, market and customer success teams.

Daily activities:​

  • Work with our global sales teams to ensure Profitroom’s success in signing new clients.
  • Be a shinning force on internal team and external client meetings by being an encouraging product guru.
  • Scope and raise functionality requests with Product Teams to win deals.
  • Align all functionality and integration requests with company growth plans.
  • Have a proactive approach in keeping the sales team up to date with product changes. 
  • Support Onboarding Project Managers with go live blockers during the project cycle.
  • Liaise with Product Owners regularly to keep them informed of changing priorities and to discuss go live and deal blockers plus at risk client requirements.
  • Collaborate with all departments with a proactive mentality. 
  • Support our Customer Success Teams with the technical scope of development requests.
  • Take on the responsibility of team leadership.


Requirements
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, either through direct experience in the hospitality industry or by working with a software company serving the hotel sector.
  • Being commercially minded, demonstrated through experience in business-oriented roles.
  • Knowledge of connectivity and how they function within the industry.
  • Understanding of technology stacks and software development processes, including a solid grasp of the development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating effective multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Guest-centric mindset with an appreciation for diverse, international perspectives.
  • Strong administrative capabilities, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


Nice to have: 
  • Fluent Spanish would be a huge advantage.
  • Leadership experience would be a great asset.
