About The Role
The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving service project strategies, ensuring successful relationships with the Enterprise clients they lead, and supporting PMs in achieving their project goals by providing guidance for better project execution. This role involves overseeing complex project execution, establishing strategic direction, and serving as the primary liaison between the Professional Services team and its most critical clients. The scope includes managing relationships with stakeholders (champions, coaches, technical buyers, economic buyers), account leadership, and key decision-makers involved in project execution.
Main ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution
- Develops and leads the execution of high-impact projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Leverages industry best practices and innovative approaches to drive project success and deliver value.
- Communicates key project milestones and improvement opportunities assertively and promptly across various fronts (services, product, sales, etc.).
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting
- Facilitates transparent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (Champions, Coaches, Technical Buyers, Economic Buyers), providing regular updates, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Presents project updates, successes, and challenges to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with client objectives and goals.
- Remains attentive to feedback, consistently seeking to enhance the perceived value for the client.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance
- Identifies and mitigates project risks, ensuring proactive resolution to minimize disruptions and achieve project goals.
- Maintains rigorous quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management
- Anticipates future client concerns, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities to add value and drive growth.
- Builds partnerships rather than a supplier-client dynamic, demonstrating the value delivered throughout the project with KPIs.
Revenue and Account Management
- Collaborates with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify new business opportunities and expand Simetrik’s presence within existing accounts.
- Ensures alignment between project deliverables and client expectations to drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provides mentorship and support to Project Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, Economist, or Accountant with project management experience.
- Preferred certifications (PMP, PMI).
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in traditional industries.
