Do you want to work closely with the best minds in consultancy, technology, and the data world? Quantexa is looking for a highly motivated professional in the Nordics who can help grow our EMEA Alliances Ecosystem. From strategic consultancies (Big Four) to Technology Partners, to Data Partners, Quantexa’s Alliances Ecosystem is key to our global expansion.
Reporting to our Head of EMEA Alliances, you will work closely with the local Quantexa’s sales teams to:
Excite new partners through stakeholder engagement and proposition workshops
Enable our partners to agree clear joint proposition(s) and GTM plans
Execute our global alliances strategy with our partners to generate opportunities, collaborate-to-innovate new use cases and continue to provide the upmost value to our clients
What you’ll be doing.
As the Alliance Director you are at the forefront of expanding Quantexa’s reach into the Nordic Market, making sure that our message, solutions, and value are amplified through our partners. You are the vital link that helps translate our vision into reality, managing relationships that fuel growth and ensuring that our partners are equipped, engaged, and excited to bring our solutions to market. Your role directly contributes to landing new customers, driving revenue, and cementing our reputation as a partner-first organization.
Imagine starting your day with a quick check-in call with one of our key technology partners, brainstorming ways to bring innovative solutions to Financial Services Institutions and Public sector customers. By mid-morning, you're diving into a workshop with a cloud provider, aligning on a joint strategy to help land our next big Government customer. After a power-packed lunch (we promise, it’s not just coffee!), you're deep into governance mode, ensuring our alliances are not just meeting but smashing expectations. The afternoon? It’s all about enabling partners, guiding them through our tech, and ensuring they’re ready to take on the world with us. You’ll wrap up the day connecting with a potential new partner – spotting the next big opportunity to grow Quantexa’s footprint in EMEA. Every day is different, but it’s always about building, enabling, and winning.
- Relationship Champion: You'll be the go-to person for our existing partners. Think of yourself as the glue that keeps our alliances thriving. Your mission? Keep partners excited, informed, and aligned with our goals.
- Create executive alignment and commitment on key partnership goals and strategic initiatives by maintaining access and influence with key stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between our sales teams and partners in the Nordics to build working relationships for Quantexa’s co-sell motion
- Commercial Commander: Managing day-to-day commercial relationships, governance, and the nitty-gritty of alliance management. Your focus will be on delivering value and driving revenue – no two days are the same, and you love it that way.
- Generate and manage partner-driven pipeline through pro-active prospecting with partner’s customer facing stakeholders and meeting and beating quarterly revenue goals
- You’re the bridge between our tech and our partners, ensuring they have the tools, training, and know-how to bring our joint solutions to the public sector with confidence.
- Growth Hunter: Identifying new partners who align with our mission and can help us land more customers and expand in existing. You’re always on the lookout for the next big opportunity and are not afraid to chase it.
- Developing and executing longer term go to market initiatives that drive demand and pull through for Quantexa licence revenue
- Lead partner marketing efforts with the help of Quantexa’s Marketing team for marketing and co-marketing opportunities (Webinars, Roundtables, Conferences, Events) with key partners
Requirements
What you’ll bring.
- Domain Knowledge: An understanding of both public sector and financial services sectors including knowledge of operations, procurement processes, and technology adoption in cross sector contexts.
- Experience Working with System Integrators and Consultancies: Proven track record of working with SI partners or consultancies, particularly in managing and driving joint go-to-market and co-sell initiatives. Extensive experience working with Accenture, KPMG, EY, PWC and Deloitte in a co-sell / channel / GTM motion is a must
- Alliance Management Experience: Strong experience of senior alliance management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex partner relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and navigate the challenges of a dynamic partner ecosystem.
- Strong Relationship and Communication Skills: Ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, engage stakeholders effectively, and align partner goals with Quantexa’s strategic objectives.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated experience in managing the commercial aspects of partnerships, including governance, enablement, and driving revenue growth. Senior sales leadership and/or Alliance leadership is a must. Recent experience in a scale up within the FinTech sector is preferred
- Experience with Hyperscalers, Enterprise Tech and Data & AI Solutions: Knowledge of GCP, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, DataBricks, Cloudera, Elastic etc
Preferred, but Not Essential:
- Experience in a Fast-Growing Tech Environment: Familiarity with working in a high-growth company, particularly in the technology or data space.
- Public Sector Transformation Projects: Direct experience working on large-scale government transformation projects or with public sector clients.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically about market opportunities, partner alignment, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.
