We are a growing company specializing in luxury short-term rentals and vacation homes. Our portfolio of properties offers unique experiences to travelers worldwide, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience Management
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly

  • Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties

Property Operations and Maintenance
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules

  • Conduct routine property inspections

  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

Financial Oversight
  • Develop and manage property budgets

  • Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records

  • Optimize property performance and revenue

Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards

  • Implement and maintain risk management strategies

  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality

  • Proven track record in guest relations and property operations

  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in property management software

  • Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus)

  • Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable

The Ideal Candidate
  • Is a self-starter with excellent time management skills

  • Thrives in a remote work environment

  • Has experience managing properties in the United States (bonus)

  • Has prior experience working remotely in similar property management or hospitality roles

Work Environment
  • Full-time remote position

  • Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week, daytime schedule

  • Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours (we do not offer graveyard shift)

Compensation
  • $20,000 annually (contractor position)
