The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for running qualified prospecting campaigns to create initial contact points with potential clients and schedule meetings for our Sales teams. 

This role is part of Universign, within the Signaturit Group, focused on growth in the digital trust sector.

What you will do at Signaturit ๐Ÿš€

  • Prospecting: Execute prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, social selling, events, etc.) to initiate contact and schedule meetings.
  • Qualification: Understand and qualify prospects' needs.
  • Collaboration: Transfer relevant information to the Account Executives for closing new business deals.
  • CRM Management: Track and monitor performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Feedback: Help improve SDR team processes.
  • Reporting: Report on your activities and results to your manager.
  • Data Monitoring: Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.

What we believe will contribute to your success in this role ๐ŸŽฏ

  • Higher education in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 2 /3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or digital technology environments.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and opportunity qualification skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) and sales methodologies (MEDDICC).
  • Native level of French (C2), good level of English (B2 minimum); Spanish is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
