Job description

Were hiring a Senior Data Scientist (Remote) to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. Apply now to be part of the team

Responsibilities:

Tackle complex problems to gain insights into customer behavior and promote product adoption.
Use your skills in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to create models that influence product strategy and priorities.
Build machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

MS/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML solutions.
Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.
Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).
Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.
Cloud computing experience (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps.
