We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing our Microsoft Dynamics capabilities, designing robust architectures, providing consulting services, and leading initiatives that enhance our service offerings. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and consulting experience to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Capability Development: Lead the development of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities within CI&T, including training and mentoring team members;
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient Microsoft Dynamics architectures tailored to client needs;
- Consulting Services: Provide expert consulting services to clients, offering insights and recommendations on Microsoft Dynamics solutions;
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics solutions;
- Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and workshops, guiding clients on best practices and innovative use cases for Microsoft Dynamics;
- Point of View Development: Develop and maintain thought leadership materials, including whitepapers, blogs, and presentations, showcasing CI&T’s expertise in Microsoft Dynamics;
- Project Oversight: Oversee the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets;
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with other services offered by CI&T;
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and assess their applicability to our services.

Additional Activities

- Team Building: Recruit, train, and develop a team of Microsoft Dynamics professionals to enhance the practice;
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and participate in client presentations;
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track performance metrics for the practice, ensuring continual improvement and client satisfaction;
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive engagement and loyalty;
- Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources for the practice, ensuring profitability and sustainability;
- Innovation Initiatives: Drive innovation initiatives within the practice, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery;
- Community Engagement: Participate in community forums, industry conferences, and Microsoft events to represent CI&T and share knowledge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred;
- Solid experience in Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, CRM, ERP) with a strong understanding of various modules;
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are highly desirable;
- Strong architecture and design skills;
- Excellent consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Proficient in project management methodologies;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Proficient English is a must.
