Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Group Head of Growth Marketing and Brand to lead and scale their group business strategy across all marketing channels and across the different entities. This dynamic role is designed for a growth-focused leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who excels at driving customer acquisition and retention, not just through digital marketing but across traditional and modern channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2C growth marketing, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, and will be responsible for building a strong, authentic brand presence that resonates deeply with consumers. This role requires a balance between driving measurable growth and cultivating a brand that connects with the consumer on an emotional level, fostering trust and loyalty across all touchpoints.

 

Your daily adventures include:

Growth marketing strategy:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies that focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across all channels (digital, traditional, and experiential).
  • Implement performance marketing initiatives and track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), retention rates, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Optimize marketing campaigns using multi-channel strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, direct mail, events, partnerships, and content marketing to drive customer growth.


Brand building and management:
  • Lead the evolution of the Anvil Shield Group brand to ensure it resonates with and inspires our target B2C audience across all touchpoints
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning that enhances brand recognition, consumer loyalty, and emotional engagement.
  • Drive brand campaigns that build long-term consumer trust and resonate with the core values of the business.


Multi-Channel campaign execution :
  • Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage cross-functional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention, incorporating content marketing, media buying, email, PR, direct marketing, social media, and experiential initiatives.
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of campaigns using data and real-time feedback, ensuring continuous growth and scalability.


Data-Driven insights and optimization:
  • Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, and market research to understand customer behaviors and preferences, tailoring marketing strategies for optimal impact.
  • Continuously track key metrics such as lead generation (MQLs and SQLs), conversion rates, engagement levels, and brand sentiment to assess and refine marketing strategies.


Consumer engagement and community building:
  • Create and foster strong relationships with consumers through innovative content and engagement strategies that build brand affinity and customer loyalty.
  • Use insights to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer experiences across all channels, increasing engagement and reducing churn.
  • Build and nurture online and offline communities, ensuring that the brand becomes an integral part of customers' lives.


Public relations and communication:
  • Lead public relations initiatives to elevate the brand’s presence and reputation through media outreach, influencer relationships, and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement a communication strategy that keeps consumers informed, engaged, and connected to the brand across all communication channels.


Leadership and team development:
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, supporting their professional growth and ensuring alignment with company-wide growth objectives.
  • Promote a high-performance culture that values innovation and continuous learning.
Budget and resource management:
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across multiple channels to achieve marketing goals and growth targets.
  • Optimize spending to maximize ROI and ensure resources are being used efficiently to drive customer acquisition and brand recognition.


Revenue and growth:
  • Achieve and exceed growth targets in customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation across B2C markets.
  • Track KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLTV), conversion rates, and return on marketing investment (ROMI).


Brand performance:
  • Increase brand awareness, engagement, and consumer loyalty through successful brand management and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation through consumer feedback and market research.


Campaign effectiveness:
  • Measure the success of multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously refine and optimize campaigns to ensure they deliver on growth objectives.


Team engagement and performance:
  • Evaluate team dynamics and performance through feedback, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive innovation within the team and promote a culture of creativity and high performance.
Budget efficiency:
  • Ensure efficient marketing spend and budget allocation to maximize customer acquisition, brand growth, and overall ROI.
  • Track marketing expenditures and adjust strategies based on performance data.


Requirements

What it takes to succeed: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, particularly in B2C environments, with a strong focus on growth marketing and brand management.
  • Proven track record of driving growth in high-growth B2C markets, preferably within fintech, technology, eCommerce or consumer services.
  • Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies, with experience in both digital and traditional marketing methods.
  • Extensive experience using data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns
