About the Position:


The Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist is responsible for the technical configuration, deployment, and management of web analytics and tagging solutions. This includes managing Google Tag Manager and Adobe Analytics implementations, auditing data collection frameworks, and ensuring seamless integrations across multiple platforms to drive data accuracy and insights.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage tagging structures using Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
  • Audit and validate the existing tagging and analytics framework, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement tracking solutions for marketing campaigns and user behavior analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data tracking and reporting.
  • Integrate analytics platforms with additional tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, and data warehouses).


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is an advantage.
  • Advanced level of expertise with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and tagging solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical analytics implementation for large-scale platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and tag management best practices is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solution-focused and proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Experience with tools like BigQuery, Looker Studio, or Tableau is a plus.
